Let silence do some of the work.

The Shared Breath

These practices are created with you in mind. They are simple, gentle, and guided, with flexibility for changing energy and mobility levels. Each practice is embodied, meaning it supports you in tuning in to your body’s signals rather than pushing past them. You will mostly find audio Yoga Nidra and breath practices, with occasional restorative yoga and gentle movement. All practices can be done from a bed, chair, or floor.

Practices are organized by length and energy level.

“One day the Eternal God scooped dirt out of the ground, sculpted it into a human, breathed the breath that gives life into the nostrils of the human, and the human became a living soul.”

-Genesis 2:7 (Voice)

Breath is the ongoing covenant between Spirit and flesh. We experience resonance when our human rhythm aligns with the divine inhale-exhale.

You are already whole.
